The Role
As Tax Advice Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of tax specialists. You’ll balance hands-on advisory work with people leadership – ensuring service levels are met, technical standards are upheld, and team members are supported to develop and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert telephone and email tax advice to clients
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of advisors to achieve personal and team KPIs
* Collaborate with operations to manage workflow and resource planning
* Monitor performance using service metrics and quality standards
* Identify training needs and support technical development across the team
* Champion a positive team culture with a focus on accountability and collaboration
* Support continuous service and process improvements
* Promote growth opportunities, referrals, and client engagement initiatives
