We are looking for a Belfast-based Account Manager / Client and Candidate Engagement Manager to join our Head Office team on a permanent basis. This role is central to how we deliver for our clients and support our consultants in Northern Ireland. You will build strong relationships with clients, provide day-to-day support for our deployed consultants, and help manage candidate pipelines for future opportunities. You will work closely with our leadership team in London, acting as the key point of contact for clients and consultants. The role will suit someone who enjoys relationship-building, has excellent organisational skills, and is motivated by helping people succeed in their careers. What you will do Manage day-to-day relationships with clients across Northern Ireland, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction Provide support and guidance to consultants on assignment, from onboarding, monthly check-ins, and career development Work with internal recruitment and delivery teams to build candidate pipelines and match people to roles Track performance, retention, and client feedback to help shape ongoing service delivery Support with reporting, MI, and account reviews for senior stakeholders Contribute to building a strong presence for Vantage Point in Northern Ireland, supporting events and networking activities What we are looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trusted relationships quickly Organised and proactive, with experience managing multiple priorities An interest in people development and client service Experience in account management, recruitment, or client engagement is desirable but not essential Based in Belfast with the ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events What we offer Permanent role with a growing consultancy, working at the heart of our Northern Ireland client base Competitive salary and benefits package Clear career progression, with opportunities to grow into senior account management or business leadership roles A collaborative and supportive culture where you can make a visible impact Health cash plan coverage.
