Senior UX Designer
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our global User Experience team. You’ll be contributing to the design of intuitive, data-rich, and scalable experiences that power enterprise planning across finance, operations, and strategy.
As a Senior, you’ll lead design for high-impact areas of the Anaplan platform, partnering with product, engineering, and research teams to solve complex user challenges. You’ll act as a design lead within your domain, help shape our design standards, and mentor other designers as we continue to grow our UX practice.
Your Impact
* Lead the end-to-end design process for key areas of our platform, from understanding user needs to delivering clear, intuitive solutions.
* Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to solve complex challenges and ensure your designs are effective and technically feasible.
* Create design artifacts like user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate your vision and concepts.
* Act as a mentor and guide for other designers, helping to elevate the quality of our team's work through feedback and support.
* Lead collaborative workshops and champion user-centred design methods to help teams align and solve problems effectively.
* Contribute to our design system, helping us maintain and improve the consistency and quality of the entire user experience.
* Present your work and the reasoning behind it to partners and leaders, helping everyone understand the value of a user-focused approach.
* Lead the design of AI-powered features end-to-end, translating capabilities such as recommendations, automation, and conversational flows into intuitive product experiences.
* Rapidly prototype and test AI concepts using Figma, GenAI, and lightweight experimentation, designing feedback loops (user input, corrections, confidence signals) that improve system performance.
* Partner with product and engineering to integrate AI seamlessly into core user workflows, ensuring solutions are both technically feasible and genuinely useful.
Your Skills
* Proven experience in UX or product design, ideally in enterprise SaaS or data-rich platforms.
* Ability to lead complex, end-to-end design projects.
* Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong experience with Figma, prototyping, and working within design systems.
* Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
* Up-to-date understanding of AI interaction patterns (e.g. prompt design, conversational UX, assistive workflows)
* Comfortable working in fast-moving, experimental environments with evolving requirements
* Ability to balance innovation with usability, trust, and clarity in AI-driven experiences
Nice To Have
* Experience designing user interfaces that incorporate AI or machine learning, such as recommendations, natural language input, or predictive insight.
* Experience with Lovable, Claude Design, Figma Make, Codex (OpenAI), NVIDIA Nemo.
* Experience working in financial planning, enterprise modelling, or workflow-heavy tools.
* Familiarity with platforms like Anaplan, SAP, Workday, or similar systems.
* An interest in shaping team processes, design rituals, or operational tooling.
