Job Title: Project Running Architectural Technologist\n Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)\n Contract: 6-12 Month Contract (Opportunity for extension or permanent position)\n Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience\n\nAbout the Role:\n We are currently working with a leading Manchester-based architectural practice who are seeking a Project Running Architectural Technologist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to contribute to the successful delivery of a range of projects, with a particular emphasis on healthcare schemes.\n\nThe role will suit someone with a strong understanding of technical design and construction, capable of taking projects through later RIBA stages and working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards\n\nProduce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical packages\n\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards\n\nResolve technical issues and contribute to problem-solving on-site and in the office\n\nEnsure high standards of documentation and technical output\n\nCoordinate with internal design teams to maintain consistency and efficiency\n\nRequirements:\n\nProficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations\n\nDemonstrable experience in project delivery and technical detailing\n\nPrior experience in healthcare projects is desirable but not essential\n\nAbility to work independently and manage deadlines effectively\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\n6-12 month initial contract with strong potential for extension or a permanent role\n\nHybrid working model - 2 days per week in a collaborative Manchester office\n\nOpportunity to work on significant, technically complex projects\n\nFriendly, down-to-earth studio culture with a commitment to quality and professional development\n\ng2 Recruitment are committed to equality of opportunity for all applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships or any other characteristic protected by law
