Sales Negotiator

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator, ideally with sales progression experience, to join a friendly, forward-thinking independent estate agency.
The Role
You will manage the sales process from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers alike.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advertising properties across portals and social media
* Registering vendors and applicants
* Preparing property details and coordinating photography
* Chasing leads, viewings and market appraisals, providing detailed feedback
* Advising vendors on pricing, marketing strategy and market conditions
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
* Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers and agents
* Monitoring sales progression and maintaining clear communication
* Ensuring AML compliance and ID checks

* Proven experience in residential sales
* Strong attention to detail and self-management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident relationship-builder with clients and colleagues
* Customer-focused with high professional standards
* Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Proactive, reliable, punctual and ethical
