Job Overview
Office Administrator at Up and Under Ltd, an RSK Group company. Part‑time, permanent role based in Crewe, UK. Hours negotiable 28‑32 per week.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls and general enquiries (via VOIP phone system and email).
* Manage incoming/outgoing post and parcels.
* Assist in gathering and maintaining data for environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting.
* Input purchase invoices into accounting software.
* Create and issue sales invoices.
* Assist the store manager with basic vehicle checks (tyre pressure, oil, water levels, etc.) – training provided.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist or office support role desirable.
* Basic accounts knowledge an advantage – training provided.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and digital phone systems.
* Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Salary and Benefits
* £26,208 (FTE) dependent on experience.
