Senior Assets Project Manager Full time Permanent £52,085 Hybrid working - three days in the office, two from home Are you passionate about making a real difference in your community while growing your career? The Role As a Senior Assets Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of high-value capital improvement and decarbonisation projects across Trivallis’ social housing portfolio. From major refurbishments to net-zero carbon initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term sustainability and asset management plans. You’ll take charge of project planning and execution, lead cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and manage multi-million-pound budgets. Your work will directly impact the quality, safety, and efficiency of homes for our tenants. Working closely with the Head of Asset Delivery & Decarbonisation and managing an Assets Project Manager, you’ll ensure compliance, drive innovation, and promote environmental responsibility across all capital projects. About You We’re looking for an experienced project leader with a passion for housing, sustainability, and delivering value for communities. You will have: At least 5 years’ experience managing large-scale capital or sustainability projects, ideally in social housing or construction. A strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety, and decarbonisation strategies. Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, complex budgets, and high-level stakeholder engagement. A relevant degree or equivalent experience, with project management or professional accreditations such as PRINCE2, APM, or RICS preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Access to a vehicle and flexibility to attend sites as needed is essential. Welsh language skills are desirable. A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow and monitor processes effectively are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with both customers and the workforce, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, is important. You should be comfortable handling a variety of operational enquiries efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
