The Role
As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring a team of skilled chefs across multiple cuisines
Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure top-quality dishes and service
Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
Managing stock, budgets, and kitchen efficiency
Developing menus and introducing new culinary innovations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine buffet-style cooking
Excellent leadership, organisational, and time-management skills
Passion for food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
