Salary: Up to A GBP 55,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the hotel team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
* Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local legislation.
* Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets through effective planning and execution.
* Manage budgets, reports, and operational forecasts.
* Maintain strong guest satisfaction levels through excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hotel management, preferably within a branded hotel.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational metrics.
