We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, and confident individual to join our friendly team inproviding day to day reception and administration support, for the services using Moordown Community Clinic.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will possessexcellent communication skills, an eye for detail and proven IT skills.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide reception administrative, and facilities support to services within the building and the wider Trust Estates department.
The post holder will also assume ultimate responsibility for the security (opening and closing of the clinic) and the smooth running of the clinic. This will include raising and managing any maintenance and facilities issues and being the designated fire marshal/fire warden for the building.
The hours for this position is 14 hours per week; Monday and Tuesday
