Contract Oversight: Manage key contractors delivering services within these workstreams, ensuring performance meets agreed standards. Quality & Compliance: Lead on servicing, maintenance, and works contracts, ensuring adherence to audit, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction requirements. Performance Reporting: Produce regular reports on supplier performance and compliance. Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets for relevant portfolio areas, ensuring expenditure remains within agreed limits.
