Job Description

3. Oversee and manage daily office operations to maintain efficiency.
4. Coordinate administrative support for internal teams and leadership.
5. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
7. Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.
8. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
9. Support onboarding processes for new employees, including induction coordination.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance office productivity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

11. Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
12. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
13. Strong proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
14. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
15. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
