This full-time, long-term position involves supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
Key Details
* Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
* Location: Reading
* Pay: £89–£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Ideal for: Psychology, Education, Criminology graduates or those with a strong interest in SEN
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
* Assist pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and behaviour support
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
* Work closely with SEN professionals and therapists to implement support strategies
