What you’ll be doing
* Manage enquiries, quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide friendly, helpful customer and product support
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns and promotions
* Build positive relationships with customers and spot opportunities to add value
* Keep data and order systems up to date (full training provided)
* Learn how the brand and sector perform, with the opportunity to take on more ownership over time
