Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Leeds Area for a General Manager at Nando's UK & IRE. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, employee engagement, and a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, driving operational efficiency, implementing promotions, and meeting key performance metrics. You will also support team development, foster an inclusive work environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines. This role demands strategic thinking alongside hands-on leadership to inspire efficiency and enthusiasm across the team.
Qualifications
