We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Aerospace manufacturing customer based in Hinckley, who are seeking a skilled Welder to join their high-performing team. The company is a leading supplier of precision components and assemblies, including pipework, ducts, and fasteners, to OEMs and Tier 1s across both civil and military Aerospace sectors. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual welding of metal pipes, tubing, and components. Set up and calibrate welding equipment to match required program specifications. Carry out orbital welding processes on metal pipes and tubing. Prepare tubes for welding, including ultrasonic cleaning and manual/automatic cutting. Requirements: Recognised qualification in welding. Strong organisational skills, with experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives preferred. Proficient in analysing and applying data to support quality and efficiency improvements. Self-motivated and capable of performing under pressure. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-quality aerospace environment. Prior experience in the aerospace industry is desirable.
