Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Composite Technician, based in Brackley. The role involves working hands-on with composite materials to perform repairs. There may also be a possibilty to travel.
Qualifications
Proficiency in composite manufacturing and repair processes, including laminating, bonding, and trimming
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Prior experience in motorsport or aerospace composite work is highly advantageous
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers and technicians
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
