As Senior Designer at Civica, you will lead the visual direction of our marketing output, shaping how our brand shows up across campaigns, thought leadership, and digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in elevating the quality and consistency of our design work while mentoring a junior staff member and collaborating closely with content, campaign, and marketing teams. What you will do to be successful in this role
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the visual design output of the Brand and Creative team, setting and maintaining high standards across all brand and campaign assets.
2. Manage and mentor junior staff members, providing creative direction, feedback, and workload prioritisation to ensure high-quality and consistent design output.
3. Design and deliver creative assets across digital, print, presentations, social media, campaigns, events, and executive communications.
4. Translate campaign and brand briefs into strong visual concepts, collaborating with copywriters, campaign teams, and Marketing Business Partners.
5. Own the application of Civica’s brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while supporting the evolution of the visual identity.
6. Champion the use of AI design tools within the creative studio to improve workflow efficiency and expand creative output while maintaining quality standards.
7. Manage relationships with external design agencies, print vendors, and production partners where required.
8. Produce design layouts and visual assets for campaign landing pages and product pages in collaboration with the Web and Performance Marketing Manager.
