Overview
European Graduate Programme — Operations (Supply Chain & Procurement). This site-based programme places graduates inside our iconic production, brewing, and distilling environments across the UK and Ireland. Year 1 rotations may include Leven, Shieldhall, and St James Gate.
What to Expect
This is a 3-year rotational programme designed to develop leadership skills and provide hands-on experience in manufacturing operations. You’ll rotate through multiple roles to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and how world-class products are crafted.
Responsibilities
* Year 1: Introduction & Immersion – focus on continuous improvement; rotate through roles such as Process Improvement Lead, Continuous Improvement Specialist, or Governance Improvement Lead.
* Year 2: Deep Dive into Production – gain in-depth exposure to a new category; develop problem solving and coaching skills. Possible rotations: Deployment Manager, Digital Manufacturing Lead, Site Governance Specialist.
* Year 3: People Management Focus – manage teams against business goals; potential roles: Business Leader, Packaging Team Leader, Site Operations Manager. Lead and develop teams toward success.

Qualifications: You should have a degree or be expecting to obtain one. We are particularly interested in graduates with degrees in Operations Management, Business, STEM (including Engineering), and Brewing & Distilling, with graduation in 2026 or within the last 2 years. Proficiency in English is required. Opportunities across Europe may require relocation during the programme. You must have continuous right to work in the UK & EEA and be mobile for relocation. Sponsorship is not provided for undergraduates and graduates seeking the right to work in the UK.
