The Best Connection is recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for our Wolverhampton based client.
Working hours are 08:00 till 17:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Pay rate is £11.54 per hour.
The job role involves the following daily duties:
1. Order processing
2. Invoicing
3. Manage existing accounts, ensuring regular contact and ‘ring-fencing’
4. Preparing departmental reports
5. Must be able to work off their own initiative, and be good with customers
6. Assisting with customer enquiries via email and telephone
7. Using Sage 50
8. Provide administrative support to the commercial / operations / accounts teams
The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience, Sage knowledge, be PC literate, as well as having experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:
9. Sage50 knowledge an advantage
10. Must have commercial background
This is a temp to perm role for suitable candidate.
