We're on the lookout for someone who's super organised and has forensic attention to detail. We look after leasehold blocks of flats, freehold private estates and mixed-use schemes on behalf of resident management companies and freeholders, and we've built a great reputation for making sure our clients get value for money and that their funds are managed carefully.
We are strong advocates for leaseholder rights, working with leasehold flat owners to establish right to management companies or acquire their freeholds. We also have a reputation for taking over sites that have been neglected and working with owners to turn them around.
We're a small, welcoming team with high standards, and most of our business comes from word-of-mouth recommendations. We'd love to find someone who shares our approach and wants to play an active part in helping us grow.
You'll need to be keen to learn new skills, expand your knowledge, and enjoy working closely with others. Experience property management is not essential, but you will need bookkeeping or accounting experience for this role.
This is a part-time role with a mix of office time and working from home.

Hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm (some out of hour's meetings might be required, these are usually via video conferencing)
Days: Monday – Friday
Holiday: 32 days annually plus an additional day can be taken for charity/volunteering/studying) (pro rata for part time roles)
Offices: Our offices are in Haverhill, Suffolk. We usually work 2-3 days from the office and then rest can be homeworking.
