At Tempdent, we support and develop the next generation of Dental Nurses through high-quality training and apprenticeships. We're looking for passionate dental professionals to join our team as Workplace Assessors, helping learners develop the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
Position: Dental Workplace Assessor - Part time (3 days per week)
Location: This is a field based role support learners in Cumbria
Salary: For candidates that are not yet CAVA qualified, we will be fully supportive to achieve this qualification with a starting salary of up to £28,500 per annum (pro rata) this equates to £17,100 per annum for 3 days.
We can offer up to £30,000 per annum pro rata for candidates with relevant qualifications and experience.
This role is ideal for a qualified dental nurse with industry experience who enjoys mentoring others and wants to move into education and assessment.
As a Workplace Assessor, you will support and assess learners completing the Diploma in Dental Nursing, visiting them in their dental practices to observe and assess their skills in real clinical environments.
You'll work closely with learners, employers and the Tempdent team to ensure apprentices progress successfully and are fully prepared for their End Point Assessment (EPA).
