About The Role: This role is working NIGHTS only from 8pm – 8am; full flexibility is required.

Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join the team at our care home. Whether we\'re providing long or short-term, convalescence, respite or palliative care, our focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times.
Responsibilities include: under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, taking responsibility for the physical, emotional well-being and social needs of residents; assisting residents with personal care activities (washing, personal hygiene, dressing) and assisting with meals. Delivering care with compassion to maintain residents\' dignity and individuality; supporting those with limited mobility to use aids; providing emotional support to distressed residents; and caring for residents at the end of life with well-being in mind.
Safeguarding: safeguarding is everyone\'s responsibility. You should recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You may seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
