Base pay range
Salary- £50,000- £70,000 per annum (Dependent on experience, please advise what you’re looking for)

Overview
The Control Systems Engineer role will involve the development, design, programming and support of control systems for industrial machinery and automation equipment. You’ll be involved from design through to coding, testing, installation, documentation and support. You’ll lead the electrical department and travel to sites globally as required for equipment installation, ensuring company standards are always adhered to.

* Liaising between different departments and working with other offices / teams when required
Qualifications
* Be Degree/ HND/ HNC/ NVQ qualified in Electrical Engineering
* Experience with electrical systems and components such as inverters, power supplies, switches, relays and circuit breakers
* 4 years or more of industry experience working in a similar Electrical Controls role
* Experience of working hands on with projects from concept to completion
* Excellent attention to detail
* Electrical wiring/ layout experience using CAD
* Experience working with Ethernet, Profibus or similar ideally
* Knowledge of CAD software – ideally Autodesk Inventor, or SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes
* Ability to work well alone as well as part of a team
* Flexible to travel as needed as part of the role
