What will I Do:
· Contact a new business leads to sell the benefits of using dragonfly crowd and Private Medical insurance and close sales
· To renew a proportion of our existing PMI clients following an agreed process.
· To ensure that you are achieving sales targets and conversion rates
· Ensure a mix of business and volume of sales
· To create opportunities to cross sell to our existing customers.
· Conduct thorough market reviews and generate tailored customer quotes using our insurance partners systems and processes.
· Develop expertise in PMI/Dental & Cash Plan Benefits; to become a subject matter expert so you can provide the best advice to our clients and guide with clarity and care.
· Build strong collaborative relationships with Key Account Managers and Healthcare Consultants with our insurer partners.
· Ensure our systems and record are always kept up to date.
· To learn and work compliantly within/following FCA rules and regulations
· Represent Dragonfly Crowd at networking events and exhibitions and continuously generate opportunities.
What does success look like:
· Achieving agreed KPI's on conversions and sales targets
· Generating & Converting Leads from upselling, cross-selling and networking opportunities
· Achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
· High QA scores
About You:
· You have at least 2 years' B2B experience in a call centre environment, with a strong record of achieving sales targets and achieving excellent service
· Previous experience working within a Regulated industry is desirable, but not essential
· To succeed in this role, you will be an excellent communicator, able to quickly build rapport and engage with customers, research their needs and provide them with best-in-class service and recommendations that meet their needs.
· You will be a team player, working with your colleagues to deliver great results for clients and our business and willing to continuously learn and improve both yourself and the company.
· We also need you to always be on top of your admin because we are regulated by the FCA and so systems and processes need to be followed in a structured way.
