Job Title: Multi Skilled Compliance Operative
Base Location: Berkshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire
Salary: £27,313 (£14.16 per hour) + van, fuel card, all PPE and test equipment provided.
Working Pattern:?Temporary Role| Full Time | 37 Hours a week
What will I be doing in this role?
In a typical day, your role will involve you to;
* Undertake electrical compliance works, primarily electrical equipment testing but in addition may be required to undertake emergency lighting testing;
* Assist in various other electrical compliance works, all following customer's scope, specification and instruction, as well as guidance and instructions from Project Managers/Technicians in a safe and timely manner and to a high quality standard.
* Carry out electrical equipment testing without immediate supervision in a safe, efficient and economical manner
* Liaise with Clients, sub-contractors and suppliers as required.
What do I need to be successful in the role?
Must have obtained a City and Guilds 2377 inspection and testing of electrical equipment certificate or equivalent
Good knowledge of industry best practice and regulations (e.g. safety and electrical regulations)
Understanding of safe behaviours on sites to drive a positive safety culture
Good communication skills
Good time management
Ability to work in a team/be a team player
Ability to work under pressure on projects
Have good attention to detail
Ability to deliver works to a high quality standard
Structured and logical problem solving on site projects
