Job Description
We’re looking for a mid-level creative who’s hands-on and practical – confident owning video from start to finish, with a strong sense of pacing and storytelling.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be supported and guided through the strategy, whilst having the opportunity to bring new, fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities
* Edit raw video content including event highlight reels, interview cut-downs and short-form social content.
* Shape raw footage into clear, engaging stories that support marketing and commercial goals.
* Work with the marketing team to plan and storyboard video content for campaigns, events and brand activity.
* Manage video assets, versions and exports for different channels and formats.
* Support graphic design needs such as reports, marketing collateral, sales tools and templates when required.
* Ensure creative output is consistent with brand guidelines, while adapting style and tone for consultancy and recruitment audiences.
* Contribute ideas on how design and video can better support marketing and sales activity.
* If experienced, capture video and stills at events or in-office shoots where appropriate.
1. Skills and experience
* 2–4 years’ experience with a strong focus on video editing and production.
* Proven experience editing footage into polished, engaging content for social, web and events.
* Confident using video tools such as Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro (After Effects a plus) - or an alternative platform that delivers the same outcome.
* Good understanding of pacing, narrative and visual storytelling.
* Solid graphic design skills to support reports, collateral and templates when needed.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
* Practical, organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.
