We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities on large, complex digital programmes.
What you will do
You will work on large, complex and cross‑cutting products or services, sometimes across multiple projects simultaneously, enabling the delivery of digital solutions that achieve strategic business outcomes and improve experiences for millions of users.
You will lead workshops, interviews and focus groups to understand business problems and user needs, and collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria align with our digital roadmaps.
Skills, knowledge and experience required
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading business analysis activities within complex projects and environments.
* Expertise in stakeholder engagement, driving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and delivery strands.
* Skilled in mentoring and supporting other BAs, fostering growth and sharing best practices.
* Committed to continuous learning and development, actively building and enhancing your BA toolkit.
Location and Working Arrangements
Location: Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield.
Hybrid working model – some time at home and some time face‑to‑face in a hub.
