Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; responsible for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring health and safety processes are followed, promoting a safety-first culture throughout all activities.
* Managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
* Providing professional administrative support to team members to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Leading a team of document controllers and assistants when required, developing procedures and guidance to deliver excellent document management services.
* Building strong relationships with clients, supply chain, and contractors to ensure seamless integration between NG Bailey and external document management systems.
* Providing regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, TQ registers, and technical submissions, as per project requirements.
* Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring secure storage of all documentation and drawings, complying with security protocols.
