We're looking for an experienced, time-served Motor Technician to step into a Repair Assessor role and bring their technical expertise into a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You'll be responsible for reviewing repair requests, validating claims against warranty policies, and ensuring every outcome is fair, accurate, and clearly communicated. Alongside this, you'll work closely with repairers, Customer Service, and independent engineers to keep the repair journey running smoothly for our customers.

Responsibilities
1. Reviewing repair requests across warranty, cosmetic, tyre, and alloy claims
2. Assessing whether repairs are covered in line with policy terms and conditions
3. Analysing evidence such as images, diagnostics, and repairer reports
4. Validating repairs and making decisions on approvals, declines, or alternative solutions
5. Authorising smaller claims (up to £2,500) and managing approvals within agreed limits
