Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? Fletchers Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Clinical Negligence team.
As a Paralegal in the Clinical Negligence team, you will support our solicitors and senior solicitors in delivering exceptional legal services to clients. You will manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial, under supervision and in line with current company policies and legal requirements. You will take delegated tasks on other similar cases as directed by the Senior Solicitor, conduct legal research, draft documents, and liaise with clients, medical experts and other professionals to assist the team in settling cases.
