Ensure all health and safety prestart up checks and lock off are signed out in timely manner and health and safety requirements are met
Liaise with Assistant Managers and yields team regarding any issues regarding yields and giveaways- (trim minimisation)
Ensure daily tasks are carry out as per clean as you go policy- chain mail, knifes, TVI punchers and trollies, squeeges and fire extinguishers are located in correct locations and tidy
Liaise with relevant departments regarding quality
Liaise with Team Leaders, Decrate and Assistant Managers ensuring meat is on lines at the right quality in a timely manner
Accountable for manning and working plan- working with Assistant Mangers on progression of butchery team
Liaise with Production Admin creating working plans and organising manning in mornings
