Longlands Care home provides exceptional levels of support in nursing, residential and Dementia care. It is situated in Daventry, and it offers a wonderful living environment in which our residents can enjoy an enhanced quality of life. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate. It is also a regulated activity and will be subject to a Children and Adults Barred List check. Following a clear cleaning schedule and perform general housekeeping tasks, clean and sanitize bathrooms and toilets. Replenish supplies and help maintain stock levels, ensure all rooms are cared for and meet the required standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. 24hrs per week: 8am - 2pm with alternate weekend working Unfortunately, this role does not meet the legal requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. We cannot accept individuals on full-time sponsorship who are seeking this as a second job or as their main job, as care is no longer classified as a Skilled Worker occupation. About you Are you detail orientated and take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment? Do you have a strong work ethic and passion for cleanliness? if so, Longlands are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and friendly to join our team. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and efficiently, have a good understanding of Health and Safety regulations and importance of adhering to policy and procedures.
