So what does it take to work here? You must want to be the best at what you do. Be proud of doing things the right way, even when no one is looking. In other words, be:

·Have a GENUINE passion for hospitality and looking after people
·Ideally have background working as a waiter/waitress previously (though if you’ve never done it before and are keen to learn the tricks of the trade- get in touch!)
·If you have good food and wine knowledge, it’s a bonus! But if you want to learn about it all, we’d love to teach you.
·Be Genuine and a real team player. That one is a non-negotiable!
