The Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated housing professional to join our Customer Experience and Home Services team, providing high-quality services and excellent customer care. This role involves managing a geographical area in Dorset, delivering customer-focused housing management services.
Key Duties
* Manage a specific area, delivering comprehensive housing management services
* Residency within 1 hour of Dorchester is recommended
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in housing management (minimum 1 year), with skills in problem solving and negotiation
* Experience with complex cases such as property condition, hoarding, estate management, nuisance, and mutual exchanges
* Robust, empathetic approach; motivated and committed to high-quality service
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel
