Warehouse Shift Manager
Our client, a leading FMCG Distributor, is hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager to manage the busy operation at their site in Northamptonshire, on either a 4 on / 4 off basis or Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day to day warehouse operation to meet agreed KPIs.
* Deploy and lead a team of approximately 25 FTEs to drive operational efficiencies, service excellence and productivity.
* Demonstrate expected people‑leader behaviours and standards.
* Collaborate with other depots to ensure service levels are achieved.
* Lead the team through change, promoting positive outcomes and adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience managing in an FMCG warehousing environment.
* Hands‑on operator who is visible across the shift.
* Evidence of effective people management and leadership.
