Salary:
* Unqualified: Base salary of £24,604.58, earning up to £32,348.58 with sleep-in shifts.
* Qualified: Base salary of £27,107.08, earning up to £34,851.08 with sleep-in shifts.

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in Dorchester. Here, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values your individuality and professional growth.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Provide flexible and individualized care to our children and young adults.
* Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our young people.
* Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team, accepting direction and guidance.
* Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Experience working with children and young people, with an understanding of the challenges they face.
* Flexibility to work 7 x 24-hour shifts, including sleep-ins, on a 3-week rotation (09:00 am - 09:30 am the following day).
* A willingness to pursue a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent, upgrading to Level 4.
* A full UK driving license and access to a car for travel.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A positive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
* A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (which we will cover).
