As a National Reserve Unit, incumbents are contracted to conduct a minimum of 19 Reserve Service Days (RSDs), including mandatory training, per training year in order to achieve the Certificate of Efficiency. Additional RSDs will be available, subject to requirements and budgetary constraints. There are also frequent mobilisation opportunities. As a member of the AGC(SPS) National Reserve pool of HR Administrators, fulfil role of: SSA PSS Regtl Acct Other administrative support roles within a Formation HQ or tasks allocated by OC CRHQ. These tasks will be allocated by CRHQ AGC in support of the wider Army and in response to workforce assistance requests.
