What You’ll Do
As Deputy Food and BeverageManager, you will:
* Overseethe day-to-day running of all Food &Beverage and retail operations, deputising for the F&B Manager whenrequired
* Leadby example, ensuring service is consistentlydelivered to the highest standards
* Train,support and motivate your team, embedding bestpractices across the department
* Drivesales growth and monitor profitperformance, taking action to meet or exceed budget targets
* Ensurecompliance with Health & Safety,liquor licensing, and food hygiene standards
* Contributeto menu and retail development, supportingseasonal updates and innovation
* Take shared responsibility for the successof allon-site F&B operations includingdining, retail and events
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident,motivated leader with:
* Minimum3 years’ F&B management experience ,ideally in a branded F&B operation
* Proven ability in recruiting,training, and developing team
* Strong knowledge of stockcontrol, GP management, and visual merchandising
* Excellent communication,organisational and leadership skills
* A successful track record of deputisingand supporting profitable F&B operations
* Solid understanding of Health&Safety and compliance requirements
