Data Analyst (Hybrid) - 2 days in the office
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who loves turning messy operational data into clean, trusted datasets that drive real business decisions.
This is an analytical-first role (not data engineering-heavy). Your impact will be measured by data quality, insight, and reliability — not pipeline complexity.
Your responsibilities will include
* Write advanced SQL for analysis, reporting, and validation
* Build and maintain analysis-ready datasets in a cloud SQL environment
* Identify and fix data quality issues across multiple sources
* Support data migrations, schema changes, and legacy clean-up
* Translate business questions into clear, actionable analysis
* Partner with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to improve data capture
You will have these skills/experience
* Strong SQL
* Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
* Hands‑on data migration experience
* Strong understanding of relational data models
* High attention to detail and data accuracy
Nice to have
* Experience with legacy or messy data
* Exposure to cloud data platforms
* BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Understanding of ETL from an analytical perspective
