Job Description
You will be joining a fantastic company on a 3-month temp-to-perm contract, or you can choose to stay as a temp for the duration of the project (2 years+).
* Working on a new site build, working from the ground up and including all internals and fit out
* Supporting a wider team for a large and ongoing project

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Site Manager in coordinating site activities and managing subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
* Monitor progress against project schedules and report updates to senior management
* Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records
* Support in resolving any on-site issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
* Previous experience in construction or site management (assistant or supervisory level) or recently graduated
* Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and building regulations
* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS)
* Ability to pass BPSS clearance
