The role of a Waking Nights Care Worker is extremely rewarding and on each shift you will make a positive difference to people’s lives. You’ll build real relationships with the people you support and finish each shift with satisfaction that you’ve added real value.
Whilst some experience is useful it is not essential as we provide full training and the opportunity to gain qualifications.

About the role
You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, etc.) – the work is not suited to non‑drivers.
As a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will provide night care to service users living independently in their own homes, responding flexibly to their needs. This can include assisting with personal care and hygiene, turning & medication and supporting people after hospital discharge. You will work with a colleague at all times – 2 Care Workers sharing a Company vehicle which is fully insured and funded by the Company.
Shifts
22:00 – 06:30, Monday to Friday & alternate weekends.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in providing care, whether in a professional setting or to a family member or friend, is advantageous but not essential.
* Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
