Salary: £31,500.00-£52,000.00 Contract: Permanent - Full Time Must Have: B2B Experience

As an established, family‑run automotive retailer in the UK, Steven Eagell Group specialises in the sale of new and used vehicles, alongside comprehensive aftersales services.

Whether you have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences, strong organisational and financial skills, or technical expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair, there is a place for you within our team.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing automotive division.

This is an opportunity to join an award‑winning business with a strong reputation in the automotive sector, where you’ll take ownership of developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across a defined territory.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automotive B2B sales, fleet, leasing, or commercial account management and be confident building long‑term relationships with business customers.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Develop and grow new B2B business opportunities within the automotive sector
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and client development
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close
* Deliver tailored commercial solutions based on customer requirements
* Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
* Build long‑term relationships with SME and corporate customers
* Prepare proposals, pricing, and finance packages in line with company policy
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
* Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer experience
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets


What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in a B2B automotive, fleet, leasing, or commercial sales role
* Strong business development and account management skills
* Track record of generating and converting new business opportunities
* Confident negotiator with a consultative sales approach
* Self‑motivated, commercially aware, and target driven
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Organised with strong pipeline and time management capability
* Experience using CRM systems and managing sales activity effectively
