We are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to work for a global food production company in Wolverhampton in WV9 area.
This position is a temporary on-going position for the successful candidate.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Ensuring all training/induction paperwork are in place for all training sessions.
2. Working alongside the training team.
3. Delivering training/inductions when required.
4. Completing manual handling and risk assessments.
5. Arranging and scheduling training/inductions.
6. Communicating scheduled training to recipients.
7. General administration.
8. Inputting of data onto systems.
9. Filing.
The ideal candidate will have:
10. Previous administration experience.
11. Previous training experience, e.g. delivering training or inductions to employees.
12. Previous experience working within the food sector.
13. Excellent customer service skills.
14. A team player who works collaboratively with colleagues.
15. Able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
Hours of work: 7.00am – 3.30pm
Days of work : Monday to Frday
Rate of pay : £14.00 per hour.
