Customer Liaison Officer
Location: Chorley, Neston
Contract: Contract approx. to March 26 or until the contract ends
Our client, a leading building contractor specialising in working with social housing landlords across the North-West, is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join their growing team. If you have a background in customer service, liaising with residents and clients and want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Their refurbishment projects include re-roofing works, external renovation works, and internal/external adaptations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising closely with Customers/Residents and Scheme Managers regarding access and programme of works.
2. Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and Clients.
3. Post pre-introduction letters to all properties on the programme - introduce yourself to customers as the main point of contact throughout the scheduled programme and deal with any problems/queries that tenants may have.
4. Completing pre-entry surveys on customer's houses including taking photos/videos of internal and external areas that could be affected by roofing/external works front and rear elevations (internal ceilings in bedroom/bathroom) - advise them of estimated start and completion dates.
