ABOUT THE JOB
* You'll develop and implement AI-enhanced organic growth strategies that merge traditional SEO practices with advanced optimization frameworks for our global digital ecosystem.
* Working closely with SEO, AI, and analytics teams, you'll shape data-informed content strategies that improve our visibility in both traditional search and emerging GenAI search ecosystems.
* We'll look to you to establish and manage a robust testing framework to validate the impact of technical changes, schema updates, and AI prompts on our organic performance.
* Overseeing technical SEO improvements will be a key part of your role, including structured data enrichment, Core Web Vitals, and schema integrations aligned with AI-driven search standards.
* Your expertise will help us develop dashboards and models to evaluate AI's contribution to traffic, engagement, and conversion performance using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, GA4, and Looker.
* Partnering with our data teams, you'll generate predictive insights and translate them into actionable organic optimization tactics that drive measurable results.
ABOUT YOU
* You have proven expertise in site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and bot accessibility, with deep knowledge of structured data and semantic entity optimization.
* Experience with Python or similar scripting languages gives you the technical foundation to implement advanced SEO solutions.
* Your strong familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-based optimization tools keeps us at the cutting edge of search technology.
* Proficiency in analytics and SEO platforms (Adobe, GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker) allows you to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
* Staying up-to-date on SEO trends, especially AI and multimodal search developments, comes naturally to you.
* Working cross-functionally in agile, data-driven environments has prepared you to collaborate effectively with our global teams.
