Ideally you will have gained at least 2 Years' PQE and have experience of running your own respondent matters however good quality claimant experience will also be considered. You will be joining a team where clients are shared and there is a very supportive environment where you will be allowed to flourish and develop. The team deal with both contentious and non-contentious work and are forging a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work. The role will be dealing with mostly respondent work advising an impressive range of regional and national clients, and some individuals. You will be dealing with a wide range of employment matters including review of contracts and policies and procedures, advising on termination of employment, advising and drafting on settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, and representation during employment tribunal cases. There will be genuine opportunity to progress quickly from the Associate / Senior Associate level, to Legal Director & Junior Partner level, as this firm have recently been acquired by a private equity backed group and will be the central law firm of this group, so there will be significant chance to progress and develop your career.
