We are currently seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to join the team at our cement plant in Buxton, Derbyshire. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is a key member of the Management Team and is instrumental in shaping the success and strategic direction of the cement plant. The position is responsible for driving continuous improvement in:
* Health & Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations.
* Environmental Compliance: Maintaining adherence to environmental laws and sustainability goals.
* Plant Reliability: Enhancing operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
Main responsibilities:
Within the role of Maintenance Manager, you will lead the development and management of monthly and annual maintenance budgets and forecasts, overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and safety. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and asset performance, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
