Pensions Risk Transfer – Transitions Role
Location: UK-wide (Remote or Hybrid Working Available)
IGA Talent Solutions is working with a specialist consultancy that is looking to add to its established pensions transitions team. This team supports the transfer of defined benefit pension schemes to insurers, as well as alternative end-game approaches such as consolidators, OCIO arrangements, and run-on strategies.
We’re looking to speak with individuals who have experience in post-transaction project management within the pensions risk transfer space. You’ll likely bring a solid understanding of final salary schemes, a methodical approach to project delivery, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams with confidence.
As activity in the pensions de-risking market continues to grow, this team plays an increasingly visible role in supporting clients through complex transitions. Their input is valued not just post-deal, but also as part of the initial engagement and planning stages. The transitions team brings together a range of backgrounds—including consulting, insurance, asset management, and in-house pensions—and places a strong emphasis on shared learning and collaboration.
