The Team
You’ll be joining our newly established Performance Reporting & Insight team, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. This team is all about enhancing the quality, timeliness and impact of management reporting across easyJet. We’re here to drive deeper understanding of financial performance through smart, strategic analysis.
The Role
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the production of monthly and quarterly reporting packs, focusing on performance versus Budget, Forecast and prior year. You’ll be a key business partner to the Group Markets Director, owning EBIT reporting by base and country, and delivering executive-ready outputs for our CEO, CFO, PLC Board and Airline Management Board.
You’ll also lead the Planning Analytics development team, shaping and automating the tools and processes that underpin our reporting capability.
Key responsibilities include:
>Owning and enhancing reporting packs that support strategic decision-making
>Driving transparency of base and country performance through EBIT reporting
>Partnering with senior stakeholders to challenge and improve performance
>Leading automation and simplification of reporting processes
>Coaching and mentoring junior team members
>Building strong cross-functional relationships across Commercial, Operations and Network Planning
